Note: This is the 103th entry in the list and not the 103th Apple-1 produced. The Apple-1 does not have a regular serial number. Only some Apple-1 got a handwritten serial number.
Signed by WOZ during a 2017 event at Bryant University (see pictures). Brought back to working codition in 2023 by Corey Cohen.
This Apple-1 was acquired by the current owner in 1980 at the Computer Hobbyist Show in Framingham Massachusetts and the computer was in use throughout the 1980s.
Sold at auction in August 2023 for $223,520 (RR Auction).

CPU MOS 6502 (4576), PIA Motorola MC6820 (7724), 8K Mostek MK4096N-11 (7634). 7 blue and one yellow capacitor.
Original Apple Cassette Interface (NTI). Period aluminum and paneling case with Triad and Stancor transformers with periodKeyboard. RCA Video monitor (circa 1987). No original manuals but period copy of the Operation Manual.
Signed by Woz. PIA, LM320MP5 and LM320MP12 are not original. Slight damage by soldering iron on x2 memory sockets. One +12V trace has been repaired. A little green coat above the breadboard is missing (very typical for NTI boards and most likely due to a removed label). 100k resistor added on the backside for the 74123. Two little holes drilled in the bopard above the PROMs. Changed resistor on ACI above A4 PROM.
